PRICING

  1. Should any goods offered by incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale, at any point prior to shipping.

DELIVERY

  1. Golf and Sports Supplies  use Business Post and Royal Mail  to provide a  fast home delivery service to UK Mainland Addresses.
  2. Goods are normally despatched between 3-5 working days.  Please allow upto 7 days for your order to arrive.
     
  3. In the busy times, xmas, spring/summer please allow upto 12 days.
     

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER

  1. We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail,  if there are any queries with the order.
     
  2. You must ensure that you type your e-mail address correctly, as the order confirmation e-mail is sent automatically and won't get to you if you make a spelling mistake.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

  1. All of our goods on the Universal Sports website are new and supplied with the manufacturers own full warranty.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

  1. Your order is not accepted until your credit/debit card is processed
     
  2. We will  take payment  the card as a security process from order point. The goods are shipped in the normal time as advised above.
     
  3. Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is simply an indication that your request for an order has been received, this does not in any way denote acceptance of your order.
     
  4. We reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse/cancel any order or any part of an order.

RETURNS POLICY

  1. In the unlikely event that you experience problems with any of the products please email us sales@universal-sports.co.uk
     
  2. To speed up the returns process please keep your receipt, delivery note or proof of purchase in a safe place for the duration of your warranty.
     
  3. If your goods are damaged in transit, we will arrange to swap out the items, however if your goods are damaged in use, you will need to raise a warranty call with the manufacturer who will then deal with the issue.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  1. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive your goods.
     
  2. If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us in an unused condition.
    We reserve the right to refuse any goods which are not returned to us in an unused condition.
     
  3. Collection of goods can be arranged. However we may ask you to fund the return.
